Felix
B. Reznick
(Member) studied law at both Boston College Law School and the New
York University School of Law, receiving his law degree from Boston
College Law School (J.D. 1998), and was a University and Dean's Scholar
at the New York University Stern School of Business, receiving his
undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance (B.S., cum laude, 1994).
Since then, Mr. Reznick has practiced law at Cadwalader, Wickersham
& Taft and Rosenman & Colin LLP. Mr. Reznick is experienced
at corporate, employment, trust and estates, bankruptcy, real estate
and general business law, having represented a diverse clientele including
media, film, internet, software, cosmetic, food services, retail,
and commercial real estate companies, investment banks and funds and
not-for-profit foundations. Mr. Reznick is fluent in Russian. Mr.
Reznick is licensed to practice law within the State of New York.
Daniel I. Leibler (Of Counsel) received his law degree
from the Fordham University School of Law (J.D. 1998), and received
his undergraduate degree from the New York University, majoring in
Politics (B.A. 1995). Since then, Mr. Leibler has practiced law at
Lifetime Television where he assisted with the preparation of movie,
promotional and internet agreements. Mr. Leibler has also served as
a legal associate for Adelphi Capital, which provides consulting services
relating to infrastructure projects. Mr. Leibler is experienced in
general business law, mediation, arbitration, copyright, trademark
and construction law and is a member of the Copyright Society of the
USA. Mr. Leibler is licensed to practice law within the State of New
York.
Gary T. Certain (Of Counsel) is a graduate of the
Georgetown University Law Center (J.D. 1993), and received his undergraduate
degree from Niagara University (B.A. 1988), where he served as Student
Government Association President, Lobbyist for New York State Private
Colleges and Universities and graduated with honors. After law school
Mr. Certain served as a New York City Prosecutor, where he earned
a reputation for aggressive advocacy, professionalism and integrity
before entering private practice where he now serves as a general
litigation attorney concentrating in Products Liability, Criminal
Defense and Civil Rights matters. Mr. Certain's cases have been covered
by major media outlets across the country and internationally including
The New York Times, The New York Law Journal, LA Times, Washington
Post, Miami Herald, Boston Globe and The Chicago Sun Times and Local
(CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC, WOR, WPIX) and National (MSNBC, CNBC) and International
Television Program (BBC -England, Nippon TV - Japan). Mr. Certain
is licensed to practice law within the State of New York.
Michael A. Zilberg (Of Counsel) received his law
degree from Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. 1997), where he
was a member of the Labor Law Journal and a recipient of the Citation
of Excellence in Clinical Law, and received his undergraduate degree
from the New York University Stern School of Business, majoring in
Accounting and Finance (B.S. 1994). Since then, Mr. Zilberg has practiced
law at Brown & Bennett LLP and Palmeri & Gaven. Mr. Zilberg
has also served as a senior executive at Bradford & Reed, Inc.,
a multi-million dollar internet publishing and entertainment company.
Mr. Zilberg is a general practitioner, experienced at commercial and
tort litigation and real estate transactions. Mr. Zilberg is fluent
in Russian. Mr. Zilberg is licensed to practice law within the State
of New York.
Alon Karpman (Of Counsel) received his law degree
from New York Law School (J.D. 2000), and received his undergraduate
degree from New York University, majoring in Philosophy (B.A. 1996).
Mr. Karpman spent his first summer of law school at Miramax's Los
Angeles office in their business affairs department. Since then, Mr.
Karpman has represented writers, directors, and musicians in various
matters.
